As many families continue to struggle during this pandemic to make ends meet, local organizations and churches including Women of Noble Character, have responded with drive thru distributions* of essential resources.
Once a month starting at 10 AM cars line up for one of our amazing volunteers to load them up with a food package. The goal for the first food distribution in June was 200 packages but thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and partnerships with High Desert Second Chance, Farmers to Families, Family Life Church, God's Hand Extended, US Bank, IEHP, Victor Valley Transit and other local non-profits; we were able to distribute over 1400 food packages to individuals and families in need.
In July with the help of our partners High Desert Second Chance, Family Life Church, God's Hand Extended, Victor Valley Rescue Mission and IEHP, we were able to bless another 200+ families with food packages.
**We no longer offer drive thru food distribution. Food package are now available for pick up by appointment at our location.
